At Kaiva Chocolaterie, we take special care to ensure that every box of handcrafted chocolates reaches you fresh and in perfect condition. We currently deliver across most major cities in India through our trusted logistics partners.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Once shipped, the standard delivery timeline is between 3 to 7 business days, depending on the delivery location, courier service, and local conditions.

Deliveries to metro cities generally arrive sooner (3–4 days), while remote or rural areas may take longer (5–7 days). In case of unavoidable delays due to weather, holidays, or logistics, we will notify you promptly.

3. Delivery Charges

We apply a standard base delivery charge for all orders, which may vary slightly depending on the total number of items and the packaging required to maintain freshness during transit.

• Base Delivery Charge: ₹275
• Additional Packaging Fee: Applied for bulk or multi-item orders to ensure temperature-safe delivery.
• Orders above ₹2000: Eligible for Free Standard Shipping

The final delivery charge will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

4. Packaging & Handling

Each Kaiva Chocolaterie order is packed in temperature-controlled, food-safe boxes. During warmer months, we include insulated liners and cooling packs to ensure your chocolates remain intact and fresh.

5. Tracking & Order Status

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp with courier details. You can also check your order status anytime in your Profile > Orders section on our website.

6. Delivery Attempts & Non-Availability

Our delivery partners make up to two attempts for successful delivery. If the recipient is unavailable or the address provided is incorrect, the package may be returned to us. Re-shipping fees will apply for redelivery.

7. Damaged or Melted Products

We take every precaution to prevent damage or melting during shipping. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photos. Our team will arrange a replacement or credit, as applicable.

8. Service Limitations

At present, Kaiva Chocolaterie delivers only within India. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolates, we do not yet offer international shipping. This may be expanded in the future as we improve our logistics network.
