Since our chocolates are freshly handcrafted and perishable, cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing the order. Beyond this period, we may have already started preparing your order and therefore cannot issue a refund.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If you receive a damaged, melted, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund as applicable. Decisions are made at the sole discretion of Kaiva Chocolaterie.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method used during checkout (via Razorpay or other secure gateways).
